This Memorandum of Understanding between the Criminal Cases Review Commission and 51½ÖÉä documents the agreed approach to information requests the CCRC submits to Police, to support the CCRC to consider applications which claim that someone has experienced a miscarriage of justice. The MoU was signed on 22 October 2020 at Wellington, New Zealand.
